Heraldry on Berteloot?

Hello, I live in the United States of America. Our family has heard from our elderly family members (now deceased) stories about the family being associated with the Coat of Arms. Until I found your web page, I have not been able to find the "Staes" association. But I need your further assistance. I am doing a geneaology and cannot find information on the marriage, death, siblings, children, et cetera of the following persons: Juan Bautista Staes (native of Luvan in the French empire [Louvain in modern Belgium]?), m. Maria Theresa Berteloot (native of Luvan in Belgium)sometime in the 1700s. this name has variant spellings.

Mathieu Charles Staes (native of [*] French Flanders or (native of Louvain in French Flanders [Belgium]) or (native of Louvain in Belgium, Kingdom of the Netherlands. Also information on any siblings he may have had. I do not have a birth record. I do not have a marriage date.
Your site mentions Augustina Maria Josepha Berteloot, born 30 May 1826 in Dunkerque, France, resided in Oostende, died 27 Jul 1867 in Oostende, occupation visverkoopster.
She married Adrianus Josephus Simons, married 19 Nov 1844 in Oostende, married (religious) 20 Nov 1844 in Oostende, Sint-Pieter en Pauluskerk, born 21 May 1823 - 23 May 1823 in Antwerpen, (son of Philippus Simons and Maria Theresia Staes) resided 1844 in Oostende, died 9 Mar 1900 in Oostende, occupation 1844 werkman, occupation 1884 vishandelaar.
Obviously, this is much later. Do you have any further information on this family (Staes) such as parents, siblings, marriage date, et cetera? I hope you can help me.
